Well, you're ahead of me on Million Mile Flyer qualification. I've only got 5 years of Gold status, and my cumulative miles haven't hit the minimum threshold to even post.

It is going to be uphill for me as well. I have been too quick to dislike high fares and trump them with mileage redemptions. Through the end of May I should be at ~10,000 AS+partner EQM and 11 segments, with nearly the same amount of award travel.

At about 21K which is the most I've ever flown in the first two months... a trip to KOA, AUS and ORD so far, nothing more until April... not sure if I'll maintain 75K yet or not... but been Gold for several years- I'll keep that at least.

Just passed the MVP mark with the first 11 flights of the year. (had to edit that as #10 left me 13 miles short of MVP).

    ...on to GOLD

    Likewise!

Got a massive travel schedule in March that will push me pass Plat on Continental and Gold on AS

Will be booking a trip in April that will get me to Gold on BD as well, and then I can breathe some :D

14,012 AS miles ytd, not counying MIA-SEA-ANC today.for another 4161. ANC-SEA next week will get me MVP and the MR in two weeks should get me to Gold. That is WAY too much flying for this early in the year.

0 miles flown, 7K miles in tickets canceled. It is going to be a companion fare kind of a year - BOS/KOA/BOS

However, I have 50K on AA already flown for the year with another 25K coming up

At what point does the AS site start telling you the lifetime miles earned? I don't have many, maybe 50k lifetime so far. Also, I assume these are BIS AS/QX metal miles only?

I will concur - way too much flying already! I guess better to be doing it now than the end of the year though. :)

Due to skipping a flight I'm going to be something like 26 miles short of locking in MVP when I take my flight next week. Should have no problem making MVPG again by the end of the year though.
