Called the 1K line today...and got the familiar "is this .....MILE CARDS?" prompt, which was nice to hear. Was worried they would dump that and force us to enter our account information each time. But...they changed the prompts afterward slightly, which is good...because it seems to signal that the system we had prior to the integration is going to stick around. Only had a 30 second wait for the 1K line a few minutes ago, though her computer didn't register my account when the agent picked up.
