    ATL ranks thrid in the country with over $16,500 in change left behind at TSA checkpoints in 2010 - Holy Cow! That's a lot of pocket change. All funds (at least these those not skimmed) go back into the TSA's general budget. Across the country just over $409,000 was collected in 2010
