Are these exit row seats really that bad? SeatGuru has them in red, and says they have surprisingly limited legroom for being an exit row. I have to believe they are better than a regular seat, but hoping someone may have some experience with this. http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/US_Airways/US_Airways_Boeing_767-200.php Hopefully the upgrade clears and this is a moot point.
They actually might have slightly less room than a standard seat. The bulkhead is very close indeed. I really think there is more room in a standard aisle seat because you can at least extend your legs under the seat in front of you. I was in row 12 ages ago trans-atlantic and ended up switching to an open regular seat. Its my least favorite plane in the fleet by a considerable margin.
