    "Most Sacred?."

In Arizona alone we have Sedona, Baboquivari Peak on the Tohono O'odham Reservation (where all creation started according to their legends. Other Sacred Mountains in Arizona are Humphries Peak outside of Flagstaff, Navajo Mountain in Southern Utah, Mt Taylor in New Mexico and Mt Baldy near Springerville denoting the four directions of the Navajo Tribe. The Three Mesas of the Hopi. And many many more. To have one travel magazine declare their choices as the "Most Sacred" is kinda Sacreligious in MHO.

No Calvary or Bethlehem? No Medina? Come on you can do better than Cenote Sagrada or Glastonbury.
