    http://www.airnav.com/airport/OK51

OK51 is a small, privately owned airport with a runway that is only 10 feet wide. This is the narrowest runway I've come across on airnav.com.

lol, I'm going to try landing there in a 747 on flight simulator! :D

    From your site link:
I'd bet the runways that the drug cartels carve out for a single night use are better than that. Then again, they have bigger budgets than does Hennessey, Oklahoma.

Just looked it up on Google Earth. Unfortunately there aren't any street level views for there.

Very cool, thanks for the interesting fact. Now you take your 747 down for a touch and go and I'll follow you in the A380. Make sure you goose it just right to blast off the loose gravel.

    We're practicing for a possible SMD4 (StarMegaDo).

If anyone can make an A380 tap dance it's Randy. And on that runway, he'll have to.

On the little Beechcraft 1900 that used to fly (maybe still does) between MGW and PIT or MGW and DCA, from the air, to a non-pilot, all the runways looked 10 feet wide when you looked out "the front window" from 1A or 1B!

Of course that was back in the day when they left the cockpit door open.

One time I flew MGW-PIT on a Beech 1900D. I think we stopped in CKB along the way.

Has anyone ever flown the scheduled service from Latrobe, PA to PIT? It's about a thirty mile drive.

From my experience in the former PIT hub this was more of a paper spoke, scheduled but usually cancelled at the first mention of IROPS along with Franklin, Oil City, and DuBois.

I flew LBE-DTW a few years ago on a Saab 340. On the way back to LBE, the security guard in the airport was a total jerk to us arriving passengers.
