KrisFlyer members who book their award travel online will receive a 15-percent discount on the amount of miles needed for travel to a given destination. There are no time constraints on this offer as Singapore Airlines has made the discount a permanent feature available to KrisFlyer members.
Award travel between Singapore and Bali normally requires 15,000 miles for travel in economy class, but members can obtain the same award ticket for only 12,750 miles when they book online. Award travel between Hong Kong and Singapore normally runs 30,000 miles for travel in economy class, but members will only have to redeem 25,500 miles for the same award when they book online.
