A Conversation with American Airlines AAdvantage

In our "A Conversation with ..." live chat series, Milepoint members will enjoy an opportunity to have their questions answered by many of the most prominent leaders in the travel industry. The guests, and the topics covered, are reflective of Milepoint's goal to provide all frequent flyers and business travelers access to the information needed to improve their travel experience and enjoy unique access to these travel leaders.

We are thrilled to launch the series with the leader of the program that started it all. Maya Leibman, President of the American AAdvantage frequent flyer program, will join us on May 4 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. MDT for what promises to be an engaging and informative discussion about the 30th anniversary of the AAdvantage program and its role in the next 30 years of the industry.

A little more about Maya...

In addition to her role as President of the AAdvantage Loyalty Program, Maya leads the customer relationship management (CRM) and customer research initiatives for American Airlines worldwide. Since joining American in 1994, she has worked in a variety of departments throughout the organization, including Revenue Management, Interactive Marketing, and Information Technology Services. In her free time, Maya serves on the Dallas Theater Center Board of Trustees and volunteers for a number of organizations including the "So SMAART" program. Maya lives in Dallas with her husband and son.
