Even on bogus customer surveys, aircartel gets terrible ratings just imagine if they asked real questions  


Such as:

were you satisfied with being cordoned off to a crowded area of the plane while the other half is basically empty?

being forced to connect through a hub

did you try to get the airlines help and did they insist on charging you- no waivers, no favors

are you happy with non refundable, non changeable fares

$75 fees to fly an hour earlier

do you enjoy it when every seat on the plane is occupied?

total opacity of ff awards (no chart)

nothing more perverse than designing a crappy experience and then asking cux to endorse it
