We are happy to announce that as of today, February 13, 2019, Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and Starwood Preferred Guest are now under a single name: Marriott Bonvoy.

Our integration is now complete, with one, unified website at Marriott.com, and a new Marriot Bonvoy app to streamline your experience. There are no changes to the program itself.  Please also visit www.MarriottBonvoy.com to see our new loyalty webpage.

You might have noticed that our Lurkers’ account names have been updated; we will continue to moderate as we have in the past.

Please post any questions you may have about the program, and we look forward to continuing our journey together.

Happy travels,

The Marriott Bonvoy Social Media Team

I do have a question:  Will you be sending out new Lifetime cards with the new branding, or should we just keep using our Marriott Rewards Lifetime card?

No new credentials will be sent out; however, if you use the app, you can use the virtual card there to show anyone who may ask for it.

Hi William.

Thanks for the information, but I don't carry a smart phone, and my flip phone doesn't do apps.  Could I get a hard card, please?

We were first told that no new credentials would be sent and members should download the app to access their virtual card. However, it seems that has changed for some elite members and Titanium, Ambassador, Lifetime Platinum and Lifetime Titanium will start receiving cards in the second quarter of the year.

Update: I received the Lifetime Titanium Elite membership materials packet in the mail today, a few months later than predicted, but very welcome.    That's the heaviest card I've ever received but I'll carry it in the carry-on, not in my wallet.   Thanks!  Not magnetic, so I guess it must be titanium?
