Avatar popup bug

The box to exit/close the avatar screen is not movable. The button clearly exists below the bottom of my netbook's screen. Scrolling the browser window doesn't change anything. How's that for my first p:eek:st here?!

I have the same problem. I want to change my avatar and on the edit avatar page the delete avatar button is not there. Scrolling down does not work and I see another page faintly scolling down.

milchap I think you also mentioned elsewhere that you are not seeing the popups telling you when you need to wait to post again?

Try clicking anywhere outside of the popup box when this happens and that should close the profile popup.

Tim - since milchap is not around (love 'em and leave em sort of guy ;)) he resolved his issue by going to IE9

Thanks ACMM. I'll still keep an eye on this in case Xyzzy responds as well.

Clicking outside seems to work but is n:(n obvious for the new user.

Thanks for confirming Xyzzy, I agree that it isn't the best possible solution work around, but wanted to verify that it did work for you. Thanks.

A simple 'click outside this box to save' is all that is required. Better would be to have the box scroll on the screen with the rest of the window. We ran into this issue last year with the Frequent Traveler Awards voting site and that's how we fixed it.
