If you are one of the many travelers who has switched to a mobile boarding pass instead of a paper pass, keep in mind that you will still need proof of your flight if the miles don’t show up in your account. You can either keep a screen shot of your boarding pass, or keep the confirmation email with your flight information to forward to your program in case you have missing miles.
