Through Jan. 31, 2015, WestJet is offering members two opportunities to earn WestJet Gold Status benefits through February 2016. Members can earn Gold status through the Fast Track offer by achieving a qualifying flight spend of $1,500 before Jan. 31, 2015. Members must first register HERE and both new and existing bookings for flights flown during the promotion period are eligible. Members can also provide proof of top-tier elite status with another Canadian airline’s frequent flyer program by Jan. 31, 2015 and earn Gold status through the Status Match offer. Members must send an email to [email protected] with your WestJet membership number, a copy of your membership card in another Canadian airline’s frequent flyer program showing your name and 2014 or 2015 top tier status, or a boarding pass from travel taken on the same airline between Jan. 1, 2014 and Jan. 31, 2015 indicating your 2014 or 2015 top tier status within that program. Top tier status is defined as status earned “through the equivalent of a minimum 25,000 qualifying miles or a minimum of 25 qualifying flight segments in that program during the calendar year.”
