Shangri-La Instant Dining Rewards

Golden Circle members can now instantly redeem 10 Golden Circle award points for every $1 spent on your bill at Shangri-La hotel restaurants.

Members must present your membership card and a valid photo identification to instantly redeem Golden Circle award points at Shangri-La hotel restaurants. Members can use Golden Circle award points to pay for all or part of a dining bill, but award points may not be used to pay for taxes, gratuities or service charges. Members are required to indicate on the bill the number of Golden Circle award points that you would like to redeem and to sign as verification of the redemption.

There is no minimum amount of award points that must be redeemed and members may redeem Instant Dining Rewards to settle personal banquet or social events such as weddings, birthdays or anniversary events. Corporate events are excluded from Instant Dining Rewards. The maximum amount of Golden Circle award points that can be instantly redeemed is 50,000 ($5,000).

INSIDE|Point: This is an improvement, as previously members had to redeem points online for a voucher, prior to dining. Shangri-La has also done away with the $50 minimum that used to be required when converting points for dining.
