American Express Updates

Delta SkyMiles Gold, Platinum and Reserve card holders will no longer be charged foreign transaction fees for purchases made on the card outside of the United States. Cardholders should be aware though that there may still be transaction fees charged by merchants or by ATMs on purchases made abroad.

American Express card holders who sync their American Express cards via Twitter can earn statement credits through a variety of ongoing promotions. You can register almost any card that has the American Express logo, including co-branded cards such as the American Airlines AAdvantage American Express, Hilton HHonors American Express and Starwood Preferred Guest American Express; however, corporate American Express cards and prepaid American Express cards do not qualify. Cardholders can sync their card on Twitter at http://insideflyerus.wpengine.com/link/?11526 Once your card is connected you still need to register for each promotion by tweeting the promotion code and hashtag. A list of promotions can be found at http://insideflyerus.wpengine.com/link/?11527

Cardholders who sync their card and tweet #AmexHilton and make a single purchase of at least $250 at Hilton Hotels and Resorts by Sept. 2, 2014 will receive a $50 statement credit on their connected American Express Card. You must receive a confirmation response from @AmexOffers stating that the offer has been added to your card before you can redeem the offer.
