Garuda Frequent Flyer members can now buy miles at a cost of $30 or Rp. 275.000 per 1,000 miles, with a maximum purchase of 50,000 miles in a calendar year. Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF) members can also now earn GFF miles when flying Air France and KLM. These changes and others are in preparation of Garuda Indonesia joining the SkyTeam alliance this coming spring.
