US Airways Dividend Miles elite members will receive an additional month at their current elite status this year. Dividend Miles is extending member benefits through March 30, 2014, which is the same date that the program exits the Star Alliance. Elite members will receive all of their current elite benefits through March 30 instead of the regular end date of Feb. 28. US Airways elite members with Star Alliance Gold status will be able to access Star Alliance lounges until March 30, 2014. Members who qualify for Preferred status in 2014 will receive a welcome email in February and their status kit and membership cards will arrive in early April.
