Amtrak is introducing new equipment out of Penn Station including 25 sleeper cars, 25 dining cars, 25 baggage/dormitory cars and 55 baggage cars. The new Viewliner II allows trains traveling in the Northeast Corridor to reach 125 mph as their top speed. A one-way bedroom award is 25,000 Amtrak Guest Rewards points and a roomette is 15,000 points within the Eastern Zone.
