United Premier members who call the service center will now be able to talk to a customer service representative without having to listen to as many time-consuming automated phone prompts before getting transferred to an agent. After verifying your MileagePlus number, Premier members can press one to hear real-time flight information, two to speak with a MileagePlus representative with questions about your account and three to speak with a reservations agent.
