Delta SkyMiles has updated its Medallion status match challenge information on delta.com. If you have status with American AAdvantage or United MileagePlus, you can request to participate in the Medallion challenge that is running through June 30, 2014. If you register and complete the flight requirements by this date, your Medallion status will be maintained until Feb. 28, 2015.

Delta SkyMiles Silver status can be matched with American AAdvantage Silver or United MileagePlus Silver, Delta Gold status can be matched with AAdvantage Platinum and MileagePlus Gold and Delta Platinum can be matched with AAdvantage Executive Platinum and MileagePlus Platinum/Platinum 1K.

You will be offered a 90-day status match with a challenge to extend the membership by earning a specific number of Medallion Qualifying Miles (MQMs) or Medallion Qualifying Segments (MQSs) on Delta or Delta Connection flights. Visit http://insideflyerus.wpengine.com/link/?9546 to learn more.
