US Airways Dividend Miles members who register and pay for a US Airways flight with a MasterCard credit card can earn 250 bonus miles with each reservation made by Oct. 31, 2013 for travel through Dec. 31, 2013. Registration is required at http://usairways.com/MCDM and only tickets purchased on http://usairways.com are eligible to earn the bonus. Award travel reservations are not eligible. At least one segment must include a US Airways or US Airways Express operated flight. Bonus miles will be credited to your account within six to eight weeks after travel is completed.
