Select Virgin Atlantic Airways as your prefered airline prior to your stay and select points and variable miles or points and fixed miles as your earning preference. Registered members will earn 1,000 bonus miles after your first stay, 2,000 bonus miles after a second stay, 3,000 bonus miles after a third stay, 4,000 bonus miles after a fourth stay and 5,000 bonus miles after a fifth stay, for a maximum total of 15,000 bonus miles.

Bottom line: Even if you prefer Hilton points for hotel stays and never fly Virgin Atlantic, you can potentially earn more points with this offer than you would normally earn by double dipping with HHonors points and points. An astute reader at Gary Leff’s View from the Wing blog points out that you can convert Virgin Atlantic miles back into points at a 1:2 ratio, which means you can earn a bonus 30,000 Hilton HHonors points if you transfer your bonus miles into Hilton HHonors points.
