British Airways Executive Club members can now redeem Avios points to upgrade British Airways flights that have been booked through a travel agent. You can upgrade your flight online at ba.com or by calling the Executive Club service center. Executive Club members can use Avios points to upgrade paid reservations on British Airways, Iberia or American Airlines but when making reservations via a travel agent, only flights on British Airways in eligible booking classes can be upgraded with points. Eligible fares include: J, C, D, R, I, W, E, T, Y, B, H and upgrades are not permitted on Bulk Tour (BT) or Inclusive Tour (IT) bookings made with a travel agent.
