Travel Survey

The U.S. Travel Association (USTA) recently conducted a survey to mark the 10th anniversary of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and one of the recommendations made by the group after reviewing the results of the survey was that airlines should “not discriminate against consumers who are not members of their loyalty programs” among other recommendations. The survey of 4,400 travelers revealed that their biggest frustration, cited by 72.4 percent, with airline travel and airport security is people who bring too many carry-on bags through the security checkpoint.
