Hyatt recently introduced changes to their website. Hyatt.com now covers all Hyatt brands and has introduced maps showing hotels around the world. The sites are available in eight languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean) and are fully functional on iPhones and iPads. The home page has been refreshed to include more information on individual promotions while loading faster. Visitors to the site can also now search for hotels by address or point of interest (like Disneyland, for example).
In other news, Hyatt Gold Passport members can look forward to an improved app with better mapping, the ability to handle more complex bookings, along with other improvements. Hyatt is also working on improving the speed of a search and will improve the photo gallery.
