Chase has announced that United MileagePlus is the newest Ultimate Rewards point transfer partner. Chase Sapphire Preferred, Ink Plus and Ink Bold cardmembers will now be able to instantly transfer Ultimate Rewards points to MileagePlus accounts at a one-to-one transfer–one Ultimate Rewards point equals one United MileagePlus mile.

There are no restrictions or limits to the number of points cardmembers can transfer to MileagePlus. Ultimate Rewards points can also be transferred 1:1 to travel partners Amtrak, British Airways, Continental, IHG, Hyatt, Korean Air and Marriott.

Chase Sapphire Preferred offers two points per dollar spent on travel or dining purchases and no foreign transaction fees. Chase is currently offering 50,000 bonus points for new Sapphire Preferred cardmembers after spending $3,000 in the first three months and the $95 annual card fee is waived the first year.
