A new website can help frequent flyers quickly figure out the bag fees they will be charged for an upcoming flight. Enter your airline, flight route, cabin, number of travelers and bags and the free checked baggage calculator at http://www.iflybags.com will calculate the total expected cost to check your bags. Frequent flyers can enter their elite status and the tool will calculate the baggage fees based on your status. The results page will display the total fees for baggage along with a list of the types of bags that are accepted in the normal baggage allowance, such as musical instruments and sporting equipment. The website is currently in beta and includes baggage data for over 300 airlines. An iPhone app is currently being developed and is expected to be available soon.
