Diners Club North America is relaunching its website on Nov. 7, 2011. The website promises to be more customer friendly featuring more account activity detail along with an online status of redemption orders. More awards will be offered including pre-packaged vacations and cruises along with experiential awards that Diners Club says will, “help cardmembers fulfill their personal bucket lists.” And there will be monthly featured awards as well as limited-time offers highlighted on the home page. Also new will be a self booking travel tool that allows cardmembers to reserve their travel plans through Club Rewards, either online or through an agent; plus, you can choose to pay for your reservations with points, some points or with a charge to your Diners Club card.
