Aeroplan members can now redeem miles at select Fairmont properties in Bermuda, Mexico and the Caribbean including The Fairmont Hamilton Princess and Fairmont Southampton Princess in Bermuda, the Fairmont Royal Pavillion in Barbados and the Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya in Mexico. These properties are in addition to the 19 U.S. and 21 Canadian Fairmont properties that are already in the Aeroplan program. And when members redeem for Fairmont stays, they will earn 500 Aeroplan miles. Members can also earn miles when they redeem miles for stays at Best Western or Delta hotels and will earn 400 miles when redeeming miles for Avis car rentals. Until Dec. 31, 2011, you’ll earn double miles (800 miles) for all Avis redemptions of over 25,000 miles. For more information, visit aeroplan.com.
