FFF (Fat Frequent Flyers)

According to a study conducted by Columbia University involving more than 13,000 travelers, regular business travelers are more likely to rate their personal health as “fair to poor” as are light travelers and frequent travelers are more likely to be obese compared to light travelers. “As travel goes up, how you feel about your own health goes down,” says Andrew Rundle of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. “The people who travel the most–and those who don’t travel at all–tend to have the worst health.” The majority of the travelers who were interviewed for the study traveled by car rather than by flying.
