Tryp, Wyndham’s answer to Aloft, Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn, will open its first U.S. hotel in New York later this year and there are plans to build others across the country.
The developers of the new properties are being encouraged to make their properties unique to the cities where they are located and guests can expect clean contemporary influences. Guests can also expect free wireless Internet service, a breakfast buffet and a fitness center.
Wyndham Hotel Group bought the brand from Sol Melia last year and Tryp hotels will participate in Wyndham Rewards, where members can earn and burn with Tryp. Tryp will also expand Wyndham’s offering internationally.
