FlyerTalk.com has launched a new app for the iPhone and the folks over at FlyerTalk immediately started making suggestions of ways to improve it. When first launched, two ads were always visible on the screen taking up valuable real estate from the actual information for the site–not a popular feature with FlyerTalk members. Since the launch, this has changed and there is now just one ad at the top of the screen and it’s not always visible when you go between pages. Internet Brands, the company that owns FlyerTalk.com, is paying attention and fixing the app as they go along. Overall, however, the app has a way to go before it’s very useful.
