Concierges at InterContinental hotels in New York, Atlanta, London and Hong Kong will soon be armed with Apple iPad computers to assist guests who would like information about local activities and restaurants. Concierges will be able to show guests short videos of nearby attractions on the iPad and provide interactive maps and detailed walking instructions, along with booking reservations.
