The car rental cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounted rates and you must keep the car overnight. Visit http://www.activateaward.com/enterprise within 30 days of completing your car rental. You will need to enter your reservation confirmation number at the Web site. You will then receive a unique booking code within one week to use when making hotel reservations and you have two months from when you activated your award to book your award and four months to complete your stay, or by Dec. 31, 2010, whichever comes first.

The free night can be booked at participating Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties in the U.S. and Canada on weekend stays (Thursday through Sunday). Full payment for your stay is required when you book and you must make reservations via the call center. A minimum 14-day advance purchase is required. The free night offer is only applicable for stays of two nights at the Best Flexible rate, which is slightly higher than the Advance Purchase rate. When we searched, the Best Flexible rate was about $10 to $20 more expensive than the cheapest rate. Buy One Night, Get One Night free stays will not earn Priority Club points.

Bottom line: Despite the restrictions and number of hoops you have to jump through to get the free night, this is still a decent offer and can save you around $100 on a two-night weekend stay. But be aware that you won’t earn points for the stay and full payment is required when you book with no refunds if you cancel your reservations within 14 days of your stay.
