Etihad Guest has launched The Earn Shop–an online shopping portal that offers two ways to earn miles. Through the EarnMall, you can follow links to “e-tailers” where you can earn miles per dollar spent (varies by merchant from one to six or more). The “Exclusive Section” offers a limited number of products sold at retail prices where Etihad Guest members can earn a higher number of miles with each purchase–up to 25 miles per dollar spent. You could even earn up to one million miles on a single purchase from the Exclusive Selection.
For example, for $75,000, you can have the ultimate 007 James Bond Experience and earn one million miles. The James Bond Experience includes a Monaco stay in the actual suite used in several James Bond movies, access to “the hippest nightlife worthy of Bond”, private driving lesson with an ex-Formula 1 driver, “enemy-evading” speedboat training, mock kidnapping to the Octopussy yacht for a day of “torturous” spa treatments, flight to Russia for flight training exercise in a military jet, elegant dinner at a top Moscow restaurant, access to Star City for further space and flight training and a private tour of the Kremlin.

Etihad Guest has launched an app for the iPhone. The Etihad Guest Loyalty Programme application offers real-time loyalty points redemption for users. When you sign into the app with your usual Etihad Guest user name and password and click “Your Rewards” you’ll be presented with the awards available for your miles balance and destination country. Award flights are not available through the app. The app is available for free and gives Etihad Guest members not only the ability to redeem their miles immediately for over 1,700 products in the Etihad Guest Reward Shop, but also the option to receive exclusive promotions, check out the latest partner offers, view account information, browse program partners and read general program information.
