According to the London Evening Standard, British Airways Executive Club has handed out thousands of miles to apologize for the recent chaos caused by the threat of strikes. The letter to Executive Club members from British Airways said in part, “As an Executive Club member you are important to us and we hope the bonus miles go some way to show our appreciation for your support and loyalty.”
