Consumer Reports and Miles

Consumer Reports has taken a look at miles and has come up with the following advice: “Large U.S. airlines typically charge at least 25,000 miles for a roundtrip domestic flight. At 1.2 cents per mile, that’s $300. So if a flight costs less than $300, don’t ‘spend’ 25,000 miles. If it costs much more, go ahead.”
