Southwest Rapid Rewards has launched a new flash Web site to help members learn about the program. The colorful and user-friendly site walks you through all the different ways you can earn credits and how to redeem them for flight awards.

The site provides basic information about Rapid Rewards and is geared towards those who are new to the program, but even seasoned Rapid Rewards members might learn something new by visiting http://www.rapidrewards101.com
Unlike Northwest WorldPerks University, however, Rapid Rewards members will not earn extra credits for learning about the program.
