Hyatt and Starwood have both recently joined the social networking site Twitter to communicate with members. The Hyatt Concierge is online to answer specific questions and concerns from guests. One Twitter user inquired about the hotel restaurant at the Hyatt in Deerfield and less than 10 minutes later, the Hyatt Concierge posted a tweet with information about the restaurant, the type of cuisine served and hours it was open.
