Omni Hotels Select Guest turns 20 years old this year and to celebrate two decades of providing recognition and personalized service to frequent guests, the program is adding the ability for members to earn free nights and a new membership tier to its loyalty program. Members can now choose to earn credits toward free nights instead of airline miles. If you choose credits, you will receive one complimentary night for every 10 qualifying nights that you stay.
The new Select Guest has three membership levels: Gold, Platinum and Black. Entry-level Gold members continue to receive benefits such as complimentary Internet and a morning beverage just for signing up for the program and new benefits for Gold members include complimentary pressing of two items, complimentary bottled water upon arrival, eco-friendly housekeeping options and complimentary shoe shine.
Members who stay six nights or complete three stays become Platinum members and receive space-available room upgrades at check-in, a chef-prepared local sweet and a new late check-out of 3pm and exclusive concierge services and administrative business services.
The new Black level is given to guests who stay 20 nights or complete 11 stays. Members of this highest tier receive 10am check-in and 5pm late check out, room upgrades confirmed 24 hours prior to arrival, unlimited complimentary pressing, chef-inspired local favorite snack, complimentary beverage at evening turndown, exclusive reservations line and guaranteed room availability up to 4pm on the arrival date.
Omni Hotels is also offering a “stay for business and come back for pleasure” promotion. Any Select Guest member who has one paid night’s stay will receive a complimentary weekend night at any Omni Hotel in the U.S., Canada or Mexico.
