Parents of Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers who are El Al Matmid members can receive a bonus voucher for 50 percent fewer points than what is usually required to get a roundtrip coach award flight from New York (JFK/Newark) or Los Angeles to Israel. Travel must take place by March 31, 2009.

The airline will also match 100 percent of the Matmid points that are donated by any Matmid member to The Association for the Well-Being of Israel’s Soldiers.
