Membership in Flying Returns is now free of charge and new members will get a startup bonus of 1,000 points along with 500 more points when they register a valid email address. A membership card will be sent upon completion of a qualifying flight.

Those members flying in Executive Class on international flights will get 200 percent of the normal points earned when flying in coach, up from 150 percent. Some coach fares will now earn 100 percent of points, up from 70 percent, but many fares still earn below 100 percent.
