A la Carte or All-Inclusive

Airfarewatchdog.com, a site dedicated to listing low airfares, recently conducted a survey and asked travelers how they feel about airlines adopting a la carte pricing structures. Of the 1,600 travelers who responded, two thirds voted that a la carte pricing was a bad idea. The majority wanted to “go back to the good old days” when everything was included in the airfare. The remaining 33 percent view a la carte pricing favorably and prefer being able to pay for non-essential items such as a soda, pillow and checking luggage.
