Hilton Requests Upon Arrival

Hilton guests can now personalize their stay by selecting from a range of options prior to their arrival. Guests can pre-order customized items such as snacks and beverages, products, services and upgrades with the click of a mouse. The service was introduced to HHonors members in August 2006 and has now been expanded and is offered to all guests.

Guests can make “Requests Upon Arrival” choices from three categories: Complimentary, Food & Beverage and Miscellaneous. The complimentary section includes items such as additional pillows, extra towels or a non-down blanket or comforter. Each participating hotel offers its own food and beverage menu items ranging from snack foods to antipasto dishes and gourmet cookies and chocolates. Miscellaneous items include choices such as a rollaway bed, mini refrigerator or a room upgrade.

Guests can access the Requests Upon Arrival menu when making reservations or from their Hilton.com reservation confirmation or pre-arrival emails. HHonors members can make or modify requests from their HHonors Travel Planner page.
