US Airways and Barclays have introduced a new MasterCard, a professional card for the business traveler. The US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard Professional Card makes it easy for you to keep your business expenses separate from your personal expenses while earning you personal awards. New cardholders will get 25,000 Dividend Miles with your first purchase. You’ll also receive two miles for every dollar spent on US Airways purchases and two miles per dollar spent on all restaurant, hotel, car rental and gasoline purchases (that should help take the sting out of your gas bill). All other purchases will net you one mile per two dollars spent (note that is not the typical 1:1 credit card accrual offer). Up to 10,000 Preferred miles can be earned when you spend $25,000 or more on the card each calendar year. The 10,000 miles are not incremental, but rather, when you hit the $25,000 spend threshold, Dividend Miles will convert 10,000 base miles into Preferred miles.
