JetBlue welcomes Spanish-speaking customers to a new Spanish version of its Web site at JetBlue.com/espanol. While most of the content is a direct translation from English, the Web site will also include Hispanic-specific marketing messages and offers. Over 90 percent of the content is now available in Spanish and the remaining links and information will be translated soon. JetBlue reports that kiosks, confirmation itineraries and pre-flight and consumer emails will also be available in Spanish in the near future. The airline provides service to Spanish-speaking destinations in Mexico, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Aruba and recently announced plans to expand in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
