Members of Millennium & Copthorne’s Frequent Guest Recognition (FGR) Club program can now earn points toward award night stays, room upgrades and vouchers. There are two membership levels, classic and Gold. Gold membership is reached after four qualifying stays in a 12-month period and Gold members enjoy additional privileges and benefits including complimentary broadband Internet access, welcome beverage, express check-in, early check-in and late check out and room upgrades and birthday and special occasion treats.

Members can access their point accounts and redeem awards at www.fgrclub.com. The FGR points program is being rolled out with 11 hotels in Asia with more hotels in Asia, Middle East and North Africa to be added in the last quarter of this year. Millennium & Copthorne hotels from other regions may also be added.
