Choice Hotels has opened up the Choice Privileges program to European residents (excluding residents of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden). Choice Privileges members in Europe can earn 10 points per U.S. dollar spent at participating hotels in Europe, U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
