Hilton HHonors members have a new service, called Hilton OnTime, that allows you to add personal touches to your room to be waiting for you upon your arrival. After you book your stay, you will receive a pre-arrival email where you will have the opportunity to order complimentary and for-purchase items via a return email. Complimentary items such as an additional foam or down-filled pillow or additional towels are available and you can choose to purchase items such as your choice of several beer or wine selections, soft drinks or mineral water. You will also be asked to estimate your time of arrival so Hilton can be sure the items are there upon your check-in.
