We’re sure that ExpressJet’s JetSet will be a valuable program for everyone who flies the airline regularly, but the new program is getting a slow start on its Web site. Members who visit the site are greeted with this information:
“Please pardon our construction delay as we build our database functionality to push account information and online account management tools to you as soon as possible. Be assured that all JetSet accounts are being tracked and Travel Awards will continue to be sent as you earn them.”
An e-mailed, attached pdf to JetSet members tells them that when the JetSet portal debuts, they can expect to be able to make changes to their personal profile and view all reservations and past flights. This fall, added functions will include account statements and Travel Award certificates history. In 2008, members will have access to real-time account status and the ability to redeem Travel Awards online.
